Walsall - Ignored and left to rot

 

Some areas of Walsall often seems to be the poor brother of the rest of the areas in Walsall, ignored and left to decay, the Delves, Palfrey, Brownhills but to name a few...

Broadway Shopping Area - If your shopping to break you neck

Most councils would intervene if the private owners left land in the state like this, the current owners reside in the sun and come to collect their rent once a year, the fact that all infront of the shops the area is a battlefield is no concern to them.Rubish is rife,  there are Potholes 2 feet deep and being used to hold rubbish, there are bollards damaged by Van drivers and hanging precariously onto the public footpath but hey who cares, non of our councillors have been this way unless its voting day after which they are never seen, Walsall town and planning probaly dont even know where this areas is on the Map
