Walsall Council doing what they do best, wasting tax payer money and trying to ensure that no business can strive by making is an awful place to visit and an awfual place to shop in, dont believe me, look at the pictures below and make up your own mind.

Lets rip up all the block paving we spend millions putting in no one will notice
Watch out for steps here you may just be putting your life into your own hands
More Shoddy workmanship but thats our motto
 
So this is what the Planning Policy Team spend thousands of hours on.
We Spend millions on cobbles stones that fell out so we filled holes with tarmac..awsome
Who cares if we leave a mess for months, no one will notice..
If we do a shoddy job no one will notice and if someone falls its their problem
Speckled black and red tarmac on the cheap but hey who cares it looks awful
Most councils replace like for like we slap a bit of tarmac in it will be ok!!
Is this some eastern block country nooo, its Walsall at its finest. 
How it used to look in the good old days..
Who cares if we leave a mess for months, no one will notice..
